Order Service

We always carry large stocks for immediate delivery and although ordering is not essential, many of our customers do order early to ensure they get the model and colour of their choice.

Whether it be for a modern travel system, a classic pram or cot, we require a deposit of £50*, which secures your order and ensures any subsequent price increase before you take delivery will not be passed on to yourselves.

At any future date you may add items to your order without any further deposit or make payments of any amount on your order. Our Furniture ranges and coach built prams require varying deposits.

Collecting Your Order

When baby arrives all you need to do is contact us the day before collection and your order will be waiting for you at the store. We are happy to demonstrate folding and fitting of car seats or bases just ask. The balance of your account may be paid when you collect from us or if you find it more convenient to telephone for delivery. Payment may be made by credit or debit card.

* Excludes special order for items not normally stocked by the store Deposits are usually non refundable except in special circumstances at the discretion of the company.

Baby Savings Plan

If you wish to save towards the cost of your order then you may do so with our baby savings plan. You may pay in any sum you wish at any time at the store or by phone with your credit or debit card.

Special Offers

At The Baby Depot there are nearly always extra special items on sale at much reduced prices or as special priced packages These may be subject to differing deposit requirements and order terms.

Exchange or Refund

We are happy to exchange or refund on any item returned to us within 14 days of purchase, unused, in original packaging and accompanied by the receipt.

We regret we cannot extend this policy to items specially ordered from suppliers and products reserved on our order service.
